Liberals will claw back Schoolkids Bonus

As 1.3 million Australian families started receiving new financial support today, the Liberals have confirmed they want to rip it away.

The Member for Sturt, Christopher Pyne, today made clear an Abbott Liberal Government will hurt working families by clawing back the Schoolkids Bonus.

“I would be very surprised however if the Schoolkids Bonus made it through a Coalition policy process.”

The Gillard Government is delivering the Schoolkids Bonus to give low and middle income families extra money when they need it.

The Liberals voted ‘no’ to the Schoolkids Bonus because they don’t understand the pressures on Australian families.

Tony Abbott thinks struggling families don’t deserve this extra help.

Only Labor understands that low and middle income families are feeling the pinch.

Australian families just can’t trust Tony Abbott and the Liberals.
