Minister Receives NIC Report
Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs, Mal Brough, today received the latest report from the National Indigenous Council on its activities and achievements.
“I’m pleased to receive this latest report, which covers the period December 2004 to September 2007,” Minister Brough said.
“The National Indigenous Council (NIC) plays a vital role in providing important advice to Government on Indigenous Affairs across a range of areas, as highlighted in the report.”
The Minister met with the NIC today in Brisbane, where he received the report.
