Our men’s 4x100m medley relay team landed a podium finish, picking up bronze in the race behind China who set a world record time to snatch gold.

Continuing Australia’s successful athletics campaign, Evan O’Hanlon delivered a perfect performance to race away with gold in the 200m T38 final and complete his perfect run at the London Games – two gold and two world records from two events.

On the track, Australia bagged another two silver medals with Angela Ballard taking out second in the women’s 400m T53 final and up-and-coming talent Rheed McCracken securing the number two spot in the men’s 100m T34 final.

Our men’s 4x100m relay team claimed a podium finish with bronze medal in the finals race and Australia’s Georgia Beikoff landed bronze in the women’s F37/38 javelin throw.

The Aussie Rollers went down to Canada 64 – 58 in a tough gold medal match to take home silver in the men’s wheelchair basketball.

Australia will have an opportunity even the score tomorrow night when the Steelers take on Canada in the men’s wheelchair rugby gold medal clash.
